Axiom Technology provides engineering and human factors support for systems design and equipment and facility upgrades.  This support helps to ensure that new technologies are effectively integrated into the work environment.

We have conceived, developed, tested, and managed the implementation of new equipment for nuclear, fossil, chemical process, military, and satellite communications industries.  Axiom's staff can also conduct human factors engineering audits of design change packages to ensure that the modifications meet industry and government standards.

Our systems/equipment design services include:

·          Determining instrumentation and controls requirements

·          Performing task analysis and functional allocation

·          Conducting vendor surveys

·          Assisting in developing system/bid specifications

·          Assisting in implementing equipment databases

·          Assisting in the design of benchboards, panels, and inserts

·          Developing plant-specific human factors standards

·          Integrating soft controls and digital displays

·          Evaluating designs against human factors standards

·          Performing link analysis and man-in-the-loop tests

Our services for the design and upgrade of systems and equipment help to ensure that the new equipment will be usable and maintainable.
